*Treatments cannot be offered to anyone under the age of 16.
*All 16/17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the spa, including while having a treatment.
*Guests choosing a private bathing experience will enjoy private use of a Riverside Tub or Serenity Tub on one occasion during your stay.
*Guests staying in either of our two Suites, Spa Suite or Signature Suite will also receive a voucher to avail of a Signature Gin Cocktail, served in the Gin Library between 7pm and 10pm.
*Requested timings for dining or spa treatment are preferred times only. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however these are strictly subject to availability.
*Please note that a discretionary gratuity for your Therapist will be added to your bill. You have the option of removing this from your bill should you prefer.
